The iCare Corner, located in TC115, was created out of a need to support the Teachers College laptop requirement. Students, faculty, and staff now have a place to go for help when they have a question regarding their laptop. The iCare Corner offers walk-up tech support for Apple laptop and desktop related questions.

Q. What do I need to bring to the iCare Corner?
A. You will need your BSU ID card. If you are having issues, we recommend that you bring your laptop with you because most issues will probably be specific to your machine. However, we will be able to answer a broad range of questions that do not require you to bring your laptop.
Q. Does visiting the iCare Corner cost any money?
A. No, this is a free service that is being provided for you.
Q. Did I have to buy my laptop on campus to get help?
No, the iCare staff will help anyone who owns or uses an Apple laptop or desktop.
Q. How long does it usually take to get help?
The iCare Corner is a walk up window that offers service on a first come, first served basis. If the staff believes that your laptop has a hardware issue, we may need to keep your machine overnight to diagnosis the issue before you take it to hardware repair. Most problems can be resolved in just a few minutes without leaving your machine.
