iPod nano Replacement Program

Apple has announced a program to replace first generation iPod nanos (sold between September 2005 and December 2006) due to a battery overheating issue.  This is for first generation iPod nanos only and does not apply to any other generation or iPod. Apple recommends that you stop using your iPod nano (1st gen) and follow the process to order a replacement unit, free of charge.
